Of course I’m gonna write about this.

Semalam dalam mailbox yang sentiasa kosong itu, ada satu sampul surat besar untuk aku. There was no return address, and nama aku hanya diletakkan ‘Natasya’ sahaja serta alamat rumah dengan setem 2 ringgit. Odd.

Setelah dibuka, there were 2 books inside - Kunci Rezeki and Wirid Rasullullah S.A.W. Pagi dan Petang by Dr. Abdullah Yasin.

On one of the books ada post-it note yang tertulis:

Wishing you joy
And peace
Happy Birthday
Your sister in faith

To the anonymous sender, Thank You. I don’t have the energy to mull over this unusual birthday gift but since last year, I know I have changed a lot. Mungkin masih ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diperbaiki, ditinggalkan, dilupakan, dianuti dll but I’m trying my best. Everyday is a constant battle but iye, iye, saya tahu, patience is the key!

“But life is a slippery slope, regret is the steepest hill”, bukan?
