One of my favorite place for carbonara if you ask me is Citrus, BV2 (near Borders Express and Canoodling). If you're tired of the ostentatious noisy ambience over at Delicious, Plan B or whatever franchise the Big B can come up with these days, head over to Citrus. Give it a try.
